東莞(guan)螺絲廠標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)規(gui)范，每(mei)個國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)和(he)部門都(dou)有自己的標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。目前，GB—中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（美標(biao)(biao)）DIN—德(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（德(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)）ASME—美國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)機械工(gong)程師協會標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)JIS—日(ri)本國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（日(ri)標(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)GB—國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)(shi)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)眾多標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)中的一(yi)種，另外還有行(xing)業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)，專(zhuan)業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和(he)部門標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)等(deng)(deng)。國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)又分：GB（強制(zhi)性(xing)(xing)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）和(he)GB/T（推薦性(xing)(xing)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）以(yi)及GBn（國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)內(nei)部標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）等(deng)(deng)。我(wo)們平常(chang)看到的像(xiang)GB30，GB5783等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)強制(zhi)性(xing)(xing)的標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。

以(yi)上幾種(zhong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)除了一些基本尺(chi)寸(cun)如頭(tou)部對邊、頭(tou)部厚度(du)(du)等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同以(yi)外，最(zui)(zui)主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同。GB、DIN、JIS等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都有(you)(you)是(shi)(shi)以(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)(wei)單位，統稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)公制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像(xiang)ANSI、ASME等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)單位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)美(mei)標(biao)(biao)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了公制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外還有(you)(you)一種(zhong)BSW—英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),其螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)單位，俗稱(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)以(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)(wei)單位，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖角(jiao)為(wei)(wei)60度(du)(du)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都是(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)單位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖角(jiao)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)60度(du)(du)，而(er)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖角(jiao)為(wei)(wei)55度(du)(du)。由于計量(liang)單位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同，導致了各種(zhong)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)方法也(ye)不盡相同。例如像(xiang)M16-2X60表(biao)(biao)示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)公制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體意(yi)思是(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)該(gai)螺(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公稱(cheng)直徑為(wei)(wei)16MM，牙距為(wei)(wei)2MM，長度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)(biao)示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體意(yi)思是(shi)(shi)該(gai)螺(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公稱(cheng)直徑為(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)（一英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)=25.4MM），在(zai)一英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)上有(you)(you)20個牙，長度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)。另外要表(biao)(biao)示(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話一般會(hui)在(zai)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后面加(jia)上UNC以(yi)及(ji)UNF，以(yi)此來(lai)區別(bie)是(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)粗牙或是(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)細牙。在(zai)平(ping)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內銷業務中，我(wo)們最(zui)(zui)常遇到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)是(shi)(shi)GB（國標(biao)(biao)）和DIN（德標(biao)(biao)）。

東(dong)莞螺絲廠在生產品方面，主要會接觸(chu)到以(yi)下幾(ji)種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)(deng)(deng)。目前GB30（老國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準書中已被GB5783（新(xin)國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）所代替。GB52（老國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準書中已被GB6170（新(xin)國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）所代替。 在(zai)1986年，國(guo)家對標(biao)(biao)(biao)準件制(zhi)定了新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準，一(yi)般俗稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)，使(shi)用(yong)最多的主要(yao)有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)(wei)六角頭(tou)(tou)粗桿(gan)(gan)半牙(ya)螺絲，其精度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C級(ji)(ji)產(chan)品，可用(yong)GB5782來(lai)(lai)代替（GB5782為(wei)(wei)(wei)六角頭(tou)(tou)粗桿(gan)(gan)半牙(ya)螺絲，其精度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)(deng)到級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和(he)B級(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)(wei)六角頭(tou)(tou)全牙(ya)螺絲，精度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)產(chan)品。可用(yong)GB5783來(lai)(lai)代替（GB5783為(wei)(wei)(wei)六角頭(tou)(tou)全牙(ya)螺絲，其精度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和(he)B 級(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)(wei)細桿(gan)(gan)半牙(ya)的六角螺絲。

新(xin)標與(yu)(yu)老(lao)標的區(qu)別(bie)(bie)在于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系(xi)列的產(chan)(chan)品(pin)，在對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度上有所區(qu)別(bie)(bie)。除M22系(xi)列的新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)外，新(xin)標產(chan)(chan)品(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)比老(lao)標的對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)要(yao)小(xiao)1MM。分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)13、16、18、21MM ，而(er)M22系(xi)列的新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)，新(xin)標比老(lao)標的對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)反而(er)要(yao)大(da)(da)2MM，應特別(bie)(bie)注意。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于頭(tou)部(bu)厚度，新(xin)標和老(lao)標之間略(lve)有差別(bie)(bie)，在要(yao)求不(bu)是非(fei)常(chang)嚴格的情況下(xia)可以(yi)通用。 新(xin)標與(yu)(yu)德標的區(qu)別(bie)(bie)在于：M10、M12、M14、M22的產(chan)(chan)品(pin)規格，在對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度上有所差別(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)新(xin)標比德標要(yao)小(xiao)1MM。而(er)M22的新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的，其頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)比德標的對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度要(yao)大(da)(da)2MM ，其它的均可通用。

東莞螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)廠對(dui)(dui)于(yu)六(liu)角螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準有：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)(he)(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)于(yu)它們之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要區別有：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)度(du)要比GB52、GB6172和(he)(he)(he)DIN934來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)，俗(su)稱為(wei)厚(hou)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)。另外就是對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區別，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)系(xi)列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)都是13MM比GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)14MM要小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)17MM，比GB6170和(he)(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)要大(da)(da)1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)19MM比GB6170和(he)(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)18MM要大(da)(da)1MM。對(dui)(dui)于(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)22MM比GB6170和(he)(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)21MM要大(da)(da)1MM。另外就是M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)32MM，比GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)34MM要小2MM。（GB6170和(he)(he)(he)GB6172除了(le)其厚(hou)度(du)不一(yi)樣(yang)外，對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)寬度(du)完全一(yi)樣(yang)）其余(yu)規格(ge)在不考慮厚(hou)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下，可以通用。

螺(luo)絲標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)規范在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)方面，國標(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)有兩個版(ban)本(ben)(ben)，一(yi)(yi)個為GB70—76，76年版(ban)本(ben)(ben)，一(yi)(yi)個為GB70—85，85年版(ban)本(ben)(ben)，東莞(guan)螺(luo)絲廠(chang)現執行DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，所(suo)以(yi)在(zai)實(shi)際業務操作中(zhong)(zhong)應注意區別(bie)(bie)：其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)GB70—85與(yu)DIN912完全(quan)重(zhong)合，故對于(yu)使用新標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況，不(bu)存在(zai)著差(cha)別(bie)(bie)，主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)是GB70—76與(yu)DIN912之間有所(suo)區別(bie)(bie)：M8系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)產品，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭徑(jing)(jing)為12.5MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie),M10系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)產品,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭徑(jing)(jing)為15MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)16.27要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie),M12系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭徑(jing)(jing)為18MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對邊(bian)18.27要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie),另像M16、M20系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭徑(jing)(jing)比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小0.33MM，分(fen)別(bie)(bie)為24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)則分(fen)別(bie)(bie)為24.33MM和30.33MM。另外(wai)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與(yu)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)內(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)對邊(bian)寬(kuan)度由(you)于(yu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)不(bu)同(tong)而(er)不(bu)同(tong)，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)對邊(bian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)，在(zai)業務作業中(zhong)(zhong)也應加以(yi)注意。 另外(wai)，平時可能會用到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)馬車(che)螺(luo)絲也有一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)區別(bie)(bie)，在(zai)此也作一(yi)(yi)個說明，在(zai)國標(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)，有兩種馬車(che)螺(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，即GB12（小半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭方頸(jing)螺(luo)絲）和GB14（大(da)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭方頸(jing)螺(luo)絲），平時在(zai)市面上(shang)較常用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)還有德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)DIN603。東莞(guan)螺(luo)絲廠(chang)對這三者加以(yi)區別(bie)(bie)：對于(yu)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭頸(jing)，在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)規格比(bi)(bi)較時是：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常在(zai)馬車(che)螺(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使用時，往往要(yao)(yao)(yao)求頭頸(jing)大(da)而(er)厚(hou)，所(suo)以(yi)DIN603馬車(che)螺(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)完全(quan)符合要(yao)(yao)(yao)求。
